Earlier, NEWS.am reported that a telephone conversation took place today between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to a statement released by the Kremlin, the sides discussed various aspects of the further development of bilateral relations, including cooperation in the trade, economic, energy, and transport spheres.

The Armenian side, meanwhile, reports that the two leaders agreed to continue their discussions in a meeting format at the earliest convenient opportunity.
