A protest rally is taking place outside the Armenian parliament building on March 24. Participants are demanding the publication of the investigative commission's report on the circumstances of the 44-day war.

As a reminder, in September 2025, the investigative commission examining the circumstances of the 44-day war concluded its work and submitted its report to the NA Speaker. However, the report was never published on the announced date of September 30, nor at the plenary session the following day. The parliament speaker stated that there are no legal grounds for including the report on the agenda of plenary sessions.

The rally's organizing group contends that the National Assembly is obligated to publish the report, as it is a long-awaited document produced through extensive work funded by taxpayers — work that should not go without consequences.

The situation has sparked public discontent, primarily among relatives of servicemembers who went missing or were killed during the war, as well as among war veterans. An initiative group has been formed, the members of which are preparing to address the matter in writing to all three parliamentary factions.
