The court is reviewing a motion to arrest 18-year-old David Minasyan, one of the brothers involved in the incident with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at Saint Anna Church on March 29.

His brother, Mikael Minasyan, was previously released under a travel restriction.

In the same case, public figure Gevorg Gevorgyan was released on bail of 5 million drams.

The incident in Yerevan has prompted a criminal investigation under Article 297, Part 1 (hooliganism), and Article 452, Part 3 (use of violence to obstruct the official or political duties of an official).

Later, three people were detained in connection with the case. Two of them are school-aged twin brothers.
