The Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) will not take direct part in the parliamentary elections scheduled for June 7, 2026. This decision was made today, April 1, during a meeting of the RPA’s executive body, where the party’s participation in the elections was discussed.

Following a comprehensive analysis, it was decided that the party would not participate in the elections.

The rationale for this decision, as well as the party’s next steps, will be presented at the 18th party congress, scheduled for April 4.
