The conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was frank, which is why it was closed, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. Putin and Pashinyan held talks in the Kremlin on Wednesday.
“Of course,” Peskov told Russian journalist Pavel Zarubin, answering the question of whether the conversation between the two leaders was frank.
