The US has lost at least seven military aircraft since the beginning of the conflict with Iran, CNN reported, citing sources. The latest losses of a US Air Force F-15 fighter jet and an A-10 attack aircraft in separate incidents bring the confirmed number of aircraft with crews destroyed in the war with Iran to seven, the report said.

US President Donald Trump commented on the downing of the supersonic F-15 fighter jet, noting the difficulties in finding the second pilot in Iran and emphasizing that the operation was almost thwarted due to his religious beliefs, Axios reported.

The US has acknowledged its war crimes, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said. Also referring to the US threats to attack Iranian energy facilities, the Iranian FM called this rhetoric a clear admission of war crimes, the Iranian foreign ministry press service reported.

The Fars news agency reported that 15 ships had passed through the Strait of Hormuz in the past 24 hours after receiving permission from Iran. Shipping through the Strait of Hormuz remains 90% lower than before the joint US-Israeli operation against Iran.

At least 13 people were killed in the US-Israeli strike in Isfahan province in central Iran, according to the governor of Baharestan county. “At this moment, 13 people have died in the bombing,” the governor announced.
