Throughout the conflict with the US and Israel, Iran has not launched any strikes at Azerbaijan or Turkey, stated Esmail Baghaei, spokesperson for the Islamic Republic's foreign ministry.
"We [i.e. Iran] have clearly stated that no strikes were launched by Iran at Azerbaijan. And I believe that the talks between the presidents and foreign ministers of the two countries have dispelled the misunderstandings. As for Turkey, the situation is the same: we have clearly stated that there was no launch from our side. Therefore, I believe that there is mutual understanding between the two countries, and the issues that arose were resolved after the talks," Baghaei said during a press briefing.
