Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows: After the [Russian President] Vladimir Putin-[Armenian PM] Nikol Pashinyan meeting and tough talk on April 1 [in Kremlin], according to our information, an even tougher talk took place behind closed doors.

Official Moscow, according to the news we have received, has realized that it is impossible to reach any agreement with Nikol Pashinyan, and has taken practical steps. In particular, the Kremlin has decided to ban the entry of all businesses, companies, and even cultural organizations affiliated with the Pashinyan authorities into Russia. Yesterday, they were talking about the termination of the license of Proshyan Brandy Factory, under which they were exporting alcoholic beverages to Russia.

Even [Armenia’s ambassador to Russia] Gurgen Arsenyan and his entourage, who had established quite warm relations with the Russians, have found themselves in the status of “persona non grata.”
