Russia has completed the next phase of large-scale humanitarian assistance being implemented in Armenia, within the framework of which more than 40 thousand people forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh have received assistance under the “Russia is with you” program.

The program was launched on July 31, 2025 and continued for more than eight and a half months, until mid-April 2026. During this time, humanitarian assistance was provided to 9,310 families; that is, more than 40 thousand people.

The assistance was mainly addressed to the most vulnerable groups: large families, families that have lost their breadwinner, families of people with disabilities, as well as single elderly people.

A total of 9,310 humanitarian packages—which included food, hygiene items, household chemicals, and children's products—were transferred to beneficiaries.

In total, the aforesaid program covered 45 settlements of Armenia, which made it possible to provide assistance to displaced families living in various provinces of the country.

Although this phase of humanitarian assistance has already ended, its organizers reported that such aid programs in Armenia will continue in the near future. Also, they expressed gratitude to the Russian Ministry of Defense for assisting in the transportation of this humanitarian cargo.
