Turkish gendarmerie have seized electronic cigarettes and phones smuggled from Armenia in the Tuzluca town of Igdir Province bordering Armenia, the Turkish state-run Anadolu Agency reports.

Officers from the Igdir gendarmerie's anti-smuggling unit arrested—in a place bordering Armenia—6 people accused of smuggling.

A total of 4,000 packs of electronic cigarettes and 7 mobile phones smuggled from Armenia to Turkey were found in their car.
