Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows: Although the nomination phase for the June 7 [parliamentary] elections has begun, the ruling Civil Contract [(CC) party] is still discussing its electoral list and may make some changes to the already published version.

The first 50 numbers [on this list] are considered “untouchable.” By the way, the law requires that the first 30 must be approved at the [CC] congress, but the [CC] board has decided that they can make shuffles between those after number 50.

The change in the second 50 can be made by the CC board, and after 100 they have decided that [PM and CC board chairman Nikol] Pashinyan will solely decide who will be where.

According to the results of the CC internal elections, many well-known CC members, MPs have ended up in the back horizontals [of the electoral list], although in their potential, knowledge they are incomparably different from the so-called leaders [on this list]. (...). According to our information, the [electoral] list of the ruling force will be finalized by April 17.
