A peace has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which has a solid legal basis. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Wednesday’s session of the National Assembly, as he presented the 2025 report on the progress and results of the implementation of the 2021-2026 program of the Armenian government.

“The peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan has binding legal force. I mean the regulations on the activities of the border delimitation commissions, which is the first bilateral international agreement signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Pashinyan said.

According to him, the fact that the school in Armenia’s Kirants village is located only 50 meters from the border with Azerbaijan no longer scares the schoolchildren.

“They play football 30 meters away; this is peace,” the premier of Armenia added.
