Tense clashes have taken place in southern Lebanon between Hezbollah fighters and Israeli forces, the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) reports.

Fighting broke out in the town of Bint Jbeil, where the Israeli army has deployed aircraft and helicopters. Shooting continues on the outskirts of the town and in several surrounding areas.

Also, Israeli forces destroyed several houses near the entrance to the town's market.

Moreover, the town of Tibnin was hit by an airstrike, causing significant damage to the local hospital.
