National Assembly (NA) speaker Alen Simonyan-led Armenian delegation, which is in Istanbul, Turkey on a working visit, is participating in the plenary session of the 152nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).

Also, the NA speaker had brief contacts with colleagues from several other countries within the framework of this event, the NA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The respective photos show that Simonyan met there with Valentina Matvienko, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly, and Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan.
