Iran's Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, has agreed to hold talks with the US to resolve the conflict, Axios reports.

As per reports, US Vice President JD Vance will soon travel to the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, where another round of consultations is expected.

Axios claims that Iran delayed its decision to participate in these talks until the last minute due to pressure from the country’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which has reportedly advocated Tehran's tougher stance on this matter.
