STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday held a consultation with the Supreme Command Staff of the NKR Defense Army, led by Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan.
Army building, situation along the line of contact between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces, and improvement of the social conditions of the military servicemen were discussed at the consultation, Office of NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
