YEREVAN. – The female members of Armenian National Assembly (NA) Staff are impatiently awaiting March 8, the International Women’s Day, and are discussing whether NA Speaker Samvel Nikoyan will give them a bonus pay on that occasion, Hraparak daily writes. 

“During his three-year tenure, [former NA Speaker] Hovik Abrahamyan had established such tradition, and the women are hopeful that it will not be broken. Abrahamyan used to give a bonus pay of AMD 200 thousand [approx. US$ 510] also to [each of] the eleven female MPs,” Hraparak writes.
