YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan congratulated Armenian women in connection with March 8, the International Women’s Day.

“I am happy that the women’s role is gradually increasing in all aspects in the life of our country and society. And this notwithstanding, Armenia’s women [still] preserve their traditional role and exclusively precious character. This spring holiday is a wonderful opportunity to reconfirm our devotion and love, appreciation and gratitude to our mothers, women and sisters,” President Sargsyan’s congratulatory message specifically reads.
