YEREVAN. – The dead body of recruit, Junior Sergeant Sevak Aslikyan, who was serving in a military unit of Armenia’s MOD, was found at a military base of the same unit on Wednesday.
The MOD Investigation Service opened a criminal case with respect to this incident, and on murder charges, MOD Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
As per MOD’s preliminary data, Aslikyan received a fatal gunshot wound to his head from the bullet fired by the adversary.
An investigation is underway.
