YEREVAN. – A Judicial Council took place in Yerevan on Friday. During the council the disciplining mediation presented by the disciplinary committee of the Judicial Council was discussed.

Based on the 5th point of the 95th article of the Armenian Constitution and the 1st part of the Armenian Judicial Code’s 157th article, the Judicial Council decided to warn judges Manushak Petrosyan and Grisha Melik-Sargsyan.

Besides that, Judge Mher Arghamanyan was reprimanded which is to be followed by 25 per cent salary reduction for 6 months.
