STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan signed on Saturday several laws on introducing changes and amendments to the Karabakh law “Statute of the National Assembly,” on making amendments and changes to the laws “On Legal Acts,” “On Joint-Stock Companies”, “On the Nagorno-Karabakh Rescue Service,” and “On Universal Education, ” as well as on making a change to the laws “On State Non-Profit Organizations” and “On Liability for Violations in the Sphere of Municipal Engineering.”
