YEREVAN. - A group of five black man was detained in Yerevan on Sunday under the suspicion of being involved in a fraud , a source told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Two of them have been residing in Armenia for a long time, one of them is a football player of an Armenian club. Three others who came to Armenia from Libya were engaged in fraud, the source said.

They brought fake dollars colored in black and tried to engage Armenians in a deal. They persuaded their partners that the black paint can be easily removed from dollars with the help of special liquid.

Showing real dollars which they allegedly cleaned by a liquid, the Libyans cheated many people.
