STEPANAKERT. - Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday signed a decree of preliminary compensation of NKR citizens’ deposits—devalued since 1993—in Artsakh Bank.

According to the decree, the Government has been entrusted to provide—from the financial means allocated within the framework of the law On 2012 State Budget—preliminary compensation of deposits belonging to those citizens born before 1971, those who perished during the defense of NKR, and those individuals of first-disability group, Office of NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
