European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs has adopted a document on Armenia on Thursday. Among other provisions, the document offers the EU to replace France in the OSCE Minsk Group dealing with the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.
The document has yet to be voted at the plenary session of the European Parliament, which is likely to take place in a month.
