US Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s short visit to Armenia is beginning.
In fact, Rubio will not leave Yerevan’s Zvartnots International Airport. And it is here that he will meet with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and sign a Memorandum of Understanding.
Rubio will arrive in the Armenian capital city on a working visit, on his way back from India to Washington, D.C.
