Defense Minister Suren Papikyan has posted a video on Facebook, where he presents the new coat of arms of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia (RA) and explains why the coat of arms was changed.
The video discusses the reasons for the need to modernize the coat of arms, and a description of the new coat of arms of the Armenian army is also provided.
"The reforms envisaged by the transformation concept continue in the RA army," the video concludes.
