We should have good relations with everyone, both America and Russia. The Strong Armenia bloc’s prime ministerial candidate—businessman and philanthropist—Samvel Karapetyan, told this reporters today.
He noted that these are the countries that should help Armenia develop.
“We [i.e. Armenia] cannot say that we will have good relations only with Russia and only good relations with America. In our case, there will definitely be that balance,” the politician said.
