A passenger plane flying from Gyumri, Armenia to Moscow, Russia has issued an emergency alert Monday and is beginning to land, according to Flightradar data.
The Boeing plane took off from Gyumri at 12:24 Armenia time. But less than an hour after takeoff, while passing over Dagestan, it issued a “general emergency” alert and descended to an altitude of 3,000 meters.
