Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Friday left unanswered the question—within the framework of the 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP17) to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity, in Armenia’s capital, Yerevan—why for the second time the Azerbaijani delegation was not participating in international events being held in Armenia, and whether this speaks of the presence of some tension.

“I have made so many comments, now you are asking the same question again,” the Armenian premier said merely and left.
