There are no resources within Armenia to carry out the “secret plan.” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made the statement on November 2 during a joint meeting of the parliamentary standing committees discussing the draft state budget for 2027, commenting on the opposition's announced “secret plan.”

“It is obvious that this plan enjoys the support of certain circles within the Eurasian Economic Union and certain circles in Russia. People were sent to Armenia with very specific promises,” the prime minister added.

According to Pashinyan, wherever guarantors have been involved, everything has ended in disaster.

“The opposition's activities in Armenia are linked to guarantees provided by certain guarantors. This time, activities under the protection of guarantors will end in political disaster,” Pashinyan said, adding that opposition figures still had time to avoid such an outcome.
