YEREVAN. – There is considerable progress in Armenia in terms of sex education. In the case when solely city residents used to consult with sexologists ten years ago, now there are many from faraway regions, too, sexologist, Doctor Arsen Grigoryan said during a press conference on Thursday.
In his words, primarily men with erection and early ejaculation problems consult with sexologists in Armenia. Women, on the other hand, consult with sexologists mainly in connection with reduction in sexual desire, vaginismus, and orgasm. And more couples in Armenia have begun seeing sexologists in recent years.
With respect to sexual health in summer, the physician advised to avoid eating hard-to-digest food and to drink water or mineral water—instead of carbonated beverages—to quench the thirst.
“It is preferable that people wear light, not-too-tight clothes in summer. [And] The other problem is that those who wear undergarments made from synthetic materials have more skin-related problems,” Dr. Arsen Grigoryan stated.
