YEREVAN. – Organizers of the Sheep Shearing Festival announced the winners of the first festival held in Armenia's Syunik Region.

Representative of Halidzor village was the first in the contest followed by representatives of Tatev and Khot villages.
The awards will be handed over in the administration of Syunik Region next week.

As reported earlier, the first ever Sheep Shearing Festival opened in Armenia on Saturday at Halidzor station of TaTever aerial tramway. The event was organized by the Tatev Revival Foundation and the Homeland Development Initiative.
