ABOVYAN. – The need to change the regime has never been so obvious as now, member of Prosperous Armenia Vardan Oskanian said addressing the rally of three opposition parties in Abovyan.

“All these year there were serious political processes in Armenia, but they were not as obvious as it is now. Never before idleness and failures was visible so much,” Oskanian said. “Investments are reducing by 60%, an external debt is rising, and we must also think about the demography. The reason for all of this is political monopoly. Everything is decided and managed by the same political force. Political monopoly in turn generates economic monopoly, which affects the living standards of the population”. 

Prosperous Armenia member noted that almost nothing had been done, while politics and business are so fused that are regarded as complementary areas. The opposition has a program of 12 points, Oskanian said, urging to participate in the upcoming rally on October 10.
