A truck collided with a passenger train in the Andhra Pradesh state of India, and as a result, six people died and twenty others were injured.
TASS news agency of Russia reported the aforesaid citing the Indo-Asian News Service, or IANS, which is a private Indian news agency.
As per the news agency, a Congress lawmaker from the Karnataka state also was killed in the collision.
The driver of the granite-laden truck had lost control and hit a coach of the express train, whereupon two more coaches derailed. The truck driver also died, the Gazeta.ru Russian news site reported citing the Business Standart news site of India.
