GYUMRI. - Gas stations operating in Armenia’second largest city of Gyumri have been refusing to serve the customers since morning.
According to the news disseminated in the city, the gas station owners express their protest against the recently opened gas stations, where one cubic meter of gas is incomparably cheaper.
Gyumri residents have been queuing near the only operating gas station in the city since early morning.
“It’s already three hours we have been queuing here: there is no gas in the city. Our only hope is this gas station. The rest have closed theirs since the gas here is cheaper and of higher quality,” the queuing drivers told Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.
The aforementioned gas station primarily serves taxis.
