YEREVAN. - Appointing me to the post of а Justice Minister is not up to me but the Prime Minister and President of Armenia.
Armenian acting Justice Minister Arpine Hovhannisyan said the aforementioned to journalists in the parliament on Monday, responding to the question as to whether she considers that PM Karen Karapetyan may appoint her in the government.
''I have to repeat the Constitutinal provision: ministers are presented by prime minister and appointed by president. I don't consider it correct to say whether I see myself in the post of a minister,'' she said.
