The 2798th anniversary of Yerevan was celebrated with national dances in the capital’s Liberty Square.

The excited youth contaminated those gathered with their dances, dancing in a circle to national music. Both old and young joined the dance.

The festivities continued in the yard of Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan, where the main subject was classical music.

Not only elderly but also young people came to enjoy the old and new classical pieces.  

Professional musicians and students also took to the stage.
