YEREVAN. - There is no shortfall of expenses in the Armenian army.
Defense Minister of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan said the aforementioned in the parliament on Monday, responding to the question of Armenian MP Nikol Pashinyan.
According to him, every year the Ministry returns the unspent amounts to the budget. ''We don't manage to spend them not by negligence, but because there might be setbacks in the negotiations regarding contracts on arms or delivery,'' Sargsyan noted.
"All the rest can be discussed in a close format, but the situation here is much better than you may think," the Minister added.
