The UN Secretary-General António Guterres expressed his condolences to the families of those killed in the explosion in the subway in St. Petersburg, also to the Russian government and the people.
" The secretary-general condemns today's bombing in the St. Petersburg metro," the statement reads. Guterres stressed those responsible must be held accountable. The explosion killed 10 and injured 40 people.
