YEREVAN. – A festive Divine Liturgy devoted to Saint Sargis the Warrior was served on Saturday morning at Saint Sargis Cathedral in downtown Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.

President Serzh Sargsyan, Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan, Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, and several military servicemen also attended this service, the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reported from the scene.

On the occasion of the St. Sargis holiday, a Divine Liturgy will be served also at the other Armenian Churches that are named after Saint Sargis the Warrior.
