YEREVAN. – Being, or not being, of a reaction does not mean that the Armenia is not implementing its function in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on Thursday told about the above-said to reporters, at the government building. He said this when asked about the reason for the absence of a CSTO reaction to the tension on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border in recent days.

“The CSTO is the organization in which we ensure our united security,” the FM noted. “Being, or not being, of a reaction doesn’t mean that we [Armenia] don’t carry out our function in that organization.

“Within the framework of this organization, we reveal all the developments that are important in [CSTO] statutory terms. We work patiently with our partners.”
