A living 11-month-old child was found under the rubbles in Russia’s Magnitogorsk, BBC reported.
Chelyabinsk regional governor Boris Dubrovsky said on his Telegram channel that rescuers "heard crying”, the source noted.
The reanimation is being prepared for the child.
