I have always expressed and always will express my opinion. This is what Armenia’s Minister of Healthcare Arsen Torosyan told journalists at the National Assembly on 11 March when asked what conclusion the minister drew after the end of the recent government session when Armenia’s Premier Nikol Pashinyan got angry at him and if the minister believed it was worth expressing an opinion.

When journalists asked Arsen Torosyan if Nikol Pashinyan tolerates people’s opinions, the minister said the following: “You probably saw what a good discussion we had.”
