Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict is not a territorial dispute, Foreign Minister of Karabakh Republic Masis Mailyan told journalists after a meeting with the  OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajcak on March 13 in Yerevan.

Asked about the possibility of territorial concessions, the minister said: “The Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict is not a territorial dispute. Therefore, it is unacceptable to start the settlement with unilateral concessions and to distort the essence of the conflict. ”
