The Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev are holding face-to-face meeting in Vienna on Friday.
The leaders’ meeting in expanded format has just ended, which was attended by the foreign ministers of the two countries, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and personal representative of the OSCE chair-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
Pashinyan and Aliyev had three informal meetings on the margins of international summits. Pashinyan repeatedly stated those meetings cannot be considered formal talks on Karabakh settlement.
