Nobody can be above the law, and the law can’t be applied selectively. This is what Spokesperson of the President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Davit Babayan told journalists today, commenting on the attempt to search the car of Secretary of the National Security Council of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan in Yerevan.
“Nobody is immune, but everything has to be within the scope of the law. If a car is stopped and there is a relevant document, then, of course, it has to be by law,” he stated.
