Artur Vagharshyan, the candidate for judge of the Constitutional Court nominated by President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, wasn’t elected by the National Assembly today. This is what Chairman of the Counting Committee of the National Assembly of Armenia Vahagn Hovakimyan declared today.
Hovakimyan also declared that, based on the results of a secret vote, 30 deputies voted “in favor” and 53 voted “against”.
