The Central Bank is not yet competitive with commercial banks, chair of the Armenian Central Bank Arthur Javadyan told reporters on Monday.
"By law, the wages of the Central Bank should not be lower than the average salaries of commercial banks, but unfortunately they are lower now,” he said.
