This year the budget revenues will be exceeded by at least AMD 89 billion, and Armenia can strive to exceed AMD 100 billion, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

According to him, they have made a decision to repay the previously accumulated value-added tax debt of 56 billion. These are desperate debts that have accumulated over the years.

SRC chair Davit Ananyan made it clear that the AMD 89 billion had already reached AMD 101 billion.

He added that this year, as a result of unprecedented influx of cars, tax revenue growth is within the scope of AMD 55 billion.

The SRC chair also touched upon the issue of overpayments, noting that as of January 1, 2018, the total amount of overpayments was AMD 275 million, as of yesterday it is AMD 82 billion.
