YEREVAN. – The Court of Appeal of Armenia is examining the appeal on the case of second President Robert Kocharyan and others.
The appeal was made by the prosecutor's office, and it relates to a first-instance court ruling that had upheld Kocharyan's lawyers' motion to provide the case files in full.
